Awkwafina
American actor and musician Awkwafina debuted with sly songs that dealt with racial identity and sexuality with the most outrageous comedy perspective prior to broadening her reach to Hollywood. Nora Lum began her musical path as a trumpeter. She was born in Forest Hills Queens, she was a child of Chinese immigrants as well as Koreans. Apart from classical music and jazz, the young Nora started to study hip-hop during her teens. While at school, she majored in journalism, and women's studies at college, even learning Mandarin in Beijing for a time. She turned her attention to music once she completed her degree. Her song My Vag, a response track to the Mickey Avalon's My Dick gained viral popularity via the Internet in the year 2012. The track was later included on her debut album Yellow Ranger released in 2014. The album also contained was other hits that went viral, including Queef (body-positive) and NYC Bitche$1. The final track was linked directly to Awkwafina's NYC travel guide, which was published in 2015. Apart from having published a book and a singer, she was also a professional as a performer. Apart from early series such as Girl Code and Tawk she was also in films like Neighbors 2, Storks as well as Bad Rap. Her breakout performances included Dude Ocean's 8, along with Crazy Rich Asians. That June she issued the EP In Fina We Trust.
